Based in the Portland Works, Sheffield where over 100 years ago Harry Brearley developed stainless steel for cutlery use, Michael May uses centuries old craftsmanship and knife patterns to create traditional pocket knives. The Michael May Barlow Walnut Folding Knife is a superb double bladed little folder in the traditional Barlow style. The blades are made from O1 carbon steel with a thumb nick for opening and a small file worked section near the pivot. The substantial handle is made from Walnut wood scales with a brass bolster. The back spine again features beautiful decorative file work with brass liners.
Both blades are non-locking and under three inches long so is legal to carry within the UK.
